Pink Tree

This is inspired by a drive through my neighborhood and upon noticing the pink tree I received inspiration to create this painting. It was done a few years ago, but it is still beautiful in my eyes.

Kitties

This next painting was a gift to my sister, she had three cats. Unfortunately, one died of diabetes. The gray cat is named Buckwheat and the tailless one is named Leah. The last orange tabby was Lino who passed a couple of months ago. It was a terrible time for my sister and she will always have Lino in her memories and heart. At least he lives on in the living room where we see him every day.

Square

This is another piece I created that symbolized our square lives. I lived in an apartment, worked in a cubicle, and drove in a square (car) every day to work.   So, I was literally in a box 24/7. From my boxed apartment into my boxed car and finally in a boxed cubicle. Yes, you could say I felt trapped in my own skin. Notice how I placed all these cubicles in a circle,  which represents our home: earth.

Eyes

This is one of my most precious artworks I have ever created. It symbolizes that your eyes see all things and are everywhere. No matter how hard we try to hide from you, you know are actions, thoughts and motives. No one can hide from you. 

Rain

I created this painting by throwing my different emotions on the canvas, using acrylics. I felt anger, happiness, sadness and confusion. Yet, by painting I felt a sense of relief of my inside demons.
